Remember the oozy boozy stout we made with Omnipollo TWO years ago?  Well we tucked a small amount away into a mix of rum octaves and rye barrels and figured now was the time to release this delicious little nugget of a beer into the wild.

This tastes exactly how you imagine it might.  Silky, thick, syrupy smooth texture and richer than you ought to be able to handle.  What a treat!

It’s always a pleasure to celebrate beer, both simple and complicated, with our dearest friends at Omnipollo.  They’ve been with us on our beer journey since long before Newbarns was even a concept.  So this beer a celebration of the madness we’ve endured and the bestest of times spent together.
