The next in a long line of lagers brewed with heritage malts. Heritage '75 is aPilsner brewed in collaboration with the lovely people at Clapton Craft in London utilising the German barley variety Alexis. First grown in 1975 and used widely in the brewing industry for decades. The team at Clapton Craft decided on using the German hop Spalt Select for this to create a dry, herbal Pilsner with a long, bitter finish.
