Zipper is a full strength Radler. It was an honour to have our career-long friends from Siren up to the brewery to help us make a super refreshing lemony , hoppy and zippy cross between a traditional radler and a cold IPA. It’s the perfect summery culmination of our joint history in beer. We spent hours deciding on which hops to use and finally settled on some multi-purpose stunners in Cashmere and Eclipse.
